Un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de comp\u00e9tences qui ne serait pas structurant pour l\u2019organisation du programme de formation aurait peu de sens ;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019activit\u00e9s de mises en situation (stage, SA\u00c9, \u2026) dans la maquette de formation ;<\/li>\n<li>La mise en place de modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation articulant l\u2019\u00e9valuation de connaissances et de comp\u00e9tences au sein du programme ;<\/li>\n<li>La prise en compte de la charge de travail des apprenants a \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement discut\u00e9e dans les groupes de travail, elle appara\u00eet comme un point de vigilance important. Elle sera prise en compte de mani\u00e8re sous-jacente \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des rep\u00e8res formul\u00e9s pour la construction du programme de formation et guidera les propositions de mise en \u0153uvre qui seront formul\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quatre rep\u00e8res essentiels sont ici d\u00e9gag\u00e9s\u00a0: le caract\u00e8re structurant du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de comp\u00e9tence, l\u2019int\u00e9gration des activit\u00e9s de mises en situations qui s\u2019articule avec les pr\u00e9occupations sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, la validation des comp\u00e9tences et la r\u00e9partition de la charge de travail \u00e0 travers les ECTS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>\u00c9changes sur les points de d\u00e9bats\u00a0au sein des groupes de travail : <\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La compensation des comp\u00e9tences : si la non compensation des comp\u00e9tences est certainement un principe essentiel d\u2019une d\u00e9marche APC, elle est \u00e0 introduire avec pr\u00e9caution. La mettre en place dans une formation o\u00f9 la d\u00e9marche n\u2019est pas suffisamment aboutie peut \u00eatre probl\u00e9matique pour la r\u00e9ussite des apprenants. Nous l\u2019identifions comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de la validation des comp\u00e9tences dans lequel ces points de vigilance sont soulign\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>La modularit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences : elle n\u2019est pas toujours attendue sur tous les blocs de comp\u00e9tences. Ce rep\u00e8re n\u2019est pas identifi\u00e9 comme prioritaire et est \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer au regard des objectifs du parcours de formation. Il est compl\u00e9mentaire aux logiques de FTLV qui constitueront un autre rep\u00e8re, \u00e9galement non essentiel.<\/li>\n<li>Les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019un BCC : le d\u00e9bat a ici port\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, ou non, d\u2019\u00e9valuer tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs d\u2019un BCC ensemble ou s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Le choix n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 tranch\u00e9 et diff\u00e9rentes options sont propos\u00e9es dans ce rep\u00e8res et discut\u00e9es au regard de la consid\u00e9ration de la charge de travail des apprenants.<\/li>\n<li>La continuit\u00e9 des BCC d\u2019un semestre \u00e0 l\u2019autre : \u00e9l\u00e9ment important pour la lisibilit\u00e9 du parcours de formation et l\u2019affichage de sa coh\u00e9rence aupr\u00e8s des apprenants, elle n\u2019est pas toujours syst\u00e9matique. Le choix a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait de ne pas en faire un rep\u00e8re mais de mentionner ce principe dans la mani\u00e8re de structurer le lien entre la maquette et le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel.<\/li>\n<li>La d\u00e9marche portfolio\u00a0: c\u2019est quelque chose qui ne s\u2019interroge pas imm\u00e9diatement mais qui est \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer quand la d\u00e9marche est assez avanc\u00e9e. Les \u00e9changes ont soulign\u00e9, ici aussi, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la faire appara\u00eetre cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment dans la maquette de formation pour int\u00e9grer la charge de travail associ\u00e9e. La non-compensation des comp\u00e9tences suppose alors d\u2019exiger un niveau d\u2019acquisition minimum sur chacune des comp\u00e9tences vis\u00e9es par la formation et de le certifier. En d\u2019autres termes, le fait d\u2019atteindre un niveau tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur une des comp\u00e9tences du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel ne permettra pas de ne pas atteindre le niveau requis sur une autre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Faire le choix de la non compensation peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences sur la r\u00e9ussite des apprenants. Par exemple, si l\u2019APC n\u2019est pas suffisamment aboutie et que le programme de formation est organis\u00e9 autour de BCC s\u00e9parant les apports th\u00e9oriques, m\u00e9thodologiques et pr\u00e9professionnels, introduire la non compensation pourra mettre en \u00e9chec des apprenants sur les blocs th\u00e9oriques. Les stages et les situations d\u2019apprentissage et d\u2019\u00e9valuation (SA\u00c9) sont des exemples connus d\u2019AMS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si les stages sont souvent mis en \u00e9vidence dans les maquettes de formation, c\u2019est plus rarement le cas pour les autres AMS. Int\u00e9grer les AMS directement dans la maquette de formation a plusieurs int\u00e9r\u00eats. En tant qu\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs de la maquette, cela permet de les rendre plus visibles pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique et de les comptabiliser dans la charge de travail des apprenants (\u00e0 travers leurs cr\u00e9dits en ECTS). Cela permet \u00e9galement de les mettre en valeur dans le parcours de formation de apprenant qui voit ainsi, qu\u2019au-del\u00e0 des approches th\u00e9oriques et des stages, il sera mis en situation d\u2019agir au sein des enseignements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019int\u00e9gration des AMS ne doit pas pour autant alourdir le programme de formation. Ainsi, il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019ajouter syst\u00e9matiquement des mises en situations en plus des enseignements existants mais bien de reconfigurer le programme de formation de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019articulation entre les apports th\u00e9oriques et les mises en situation tout en contenant le volume de formation. Un point de vigilance doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre port\u00e9 sur les pratiques d\u2019\u00e9valuation, l\u00e0 encore il ne s\u2019agit d\u2019en ajouter mais plut\u00f4t de les mutualiser. Une charge de travail leur est associ\u00e9e : 1 cr\u00e9dit ECTS correspond, en moyenne, \u00e0 25 \u00e0 30 heures de travail apprenant (en classe et en dehors de la classe). L\u2019ECTS permet aux \u00ab cr\u00e9dits \u00bb acquis aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019\u00eatre comptabilis\u00e9s pour l\u2019obtention d\u2019une qualification dans un autre \u00e9tablissement et renforce la flexibilit\u00e9 des programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes pour les apprenants. Il facilite \u00e9galement la planification, la mise en \u0153uvre et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des programmes d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur (https:\/\/education.ec.europa.eu\/fr).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un programme de formation organis\u00e9 en APC favorise la mise en activit\u00e9 des apprenants vis-\u00e0-vis des comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par le programme de formation. Dans ce sens, il est attendu qu\u2019au sein d\u2019un programme de formation la part d\u2019ECTS attribu\u00e9e aux activit\u00e9s de mises en situations soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9e au regard de celle accord\u00e9e aux apports th\u00e9oriques et m\u00e9thodologiques. Un programme qui accorderait peu d\u2019ECTS aux activit\u00e9s de mises en situation comparativement au nombre d\u2019ECTS accord\u00e9 aux apports th\u00e9oriques et m\u00e9thodologiques ne pourrait \u00eatre repr\u00e9sentatif d\u2019un programme en APC. Cela ne rendrait par ailleurs pas compte de la charge de travail des apprenants associ\u00e9es aux activit\u00e9s de mises en situation (qui est souvent importante pour les apprenants, notamment lors des travaux de groupes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La r\u00e9partition des ECTS aura aussi une incidence sur les logiques d\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences.
